Dala Horse Cross Stitch Ornaments

The simplicity of Scandinavian design and a minimal colour palette of red and white lends itself perfectly to cross stitch. These Dala horse ornaments are a joy to stitch and are the perfect year round decoration.

The eight individual ornaments are stitched on 14 count perforated paper, before being cut out and backed with white card or joined together to create four double sided ornaments which are hung from red ric-rac ribbon.

The kit contains everything you need to create the partridges and motifs; full colour instructions and chart, perforated cross stitch paper, Anchor embroidery thread, John James cross stitch needle, ribbon and white backing card.

You will also need a craft knife or some sharp scissor and some glue - PLEASE AVOID SUPERGLUE as it will damage the needlework.
