Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from this website.

Online payments are made securely via PayPal using either a debit or credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to used this service and you will not be charged. I do not have access to any of your financial information.
UK customers may also pay by cheque and goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared.
Please make cheques payable to 'Emma Pavier' and include a delivery address and contact information.
All stocked items are shipped within 1 to 2 working days following receipt of order.
Shipping within the United Kingdom is via Royal Mail and the maximum cost is £2.
Overseas shipping is via standard airmail.
Items are not insured or tracked unless specifically requested or for larger orders being shipped via courier.
Items will be shipped to the address supplied by PayPal.
Please contact me directly if you would prefer an alternative delivery address.
International customers are responsible for any additional customs or import duties levied. Please contact your local customs office for advice before placing your order.
Small items are sent first class and larger items second class. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery
Standard shipping should take between 3 to 5 working days but please allow up to 20 working days
Standard airmail usually takes between 7 and 10 working days but there can be significant delays in customs so please allow up to 25 working days for delivery
Thankfully an order has never gone missing, but if your parcel has not arrived with a reasonable length of time please contact me directly and I will arrange a replacement.
Cancellations & Consumer Rights
Customers are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 13th June 2014.
You may cancel an order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods. You will receive a full refund for the price paid for the goods, including standard shipping. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. To cancel an order, you must inform the company in writing or via email. You must also return the product, in the same condition in which you received it otherwise you may be liable for loss in value.
Orders for the following items may not be cancelled unless damaged or defective;

All kits supplied are handmade in the United Kingdom using the very highest quality materials. If anything is missing, damaged or in short supply please contact me directly and I shall be happy to replace or supply the required items.
If your order is damaged or faulty then please inform me and arrange for its return using the Royal Mail signed for service to ensure it is not lost in transit. I will arrange an exchange or issue a full refund including the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued immediately on receipt of the returned item and payment will be to the card used for the original purchase.
Your contact information will only be used to communicate about and fulfil delivery of your order.
Your information will never be disclosed to a third party.
